Responsibilities

• Design and implement business solutions using Copilot, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio to optimize operational efficiency.
• Analyze departmental needs to translate them into applicable AI use cases.
• Develop prompts, automation flows, and functional solutions to drive digital transformation.
• Provide specialized consultancy and support to users during solution implementation.
• Document all generated solutions to ensure scalability and reusability across the institution.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful adoption of AI tools.
• Define and monitor value indicators such as operational efficiency and time reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation or innovation projects.
• Knowledge of low-code/automation tools such as Power Platform and Copilot.
• General understanding of applied Artificial Intelligence and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with non-technical areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI orchestration tools.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Experience in process automation and prompt engineering.
• English language proficiency.
