About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for Copilot, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio
- Adapt educational content for both technical and non-technical user profiles
- Facilitate the understanding of practical use cases applicable to daily business operations
- Identify automation opportunities and channel them into the solutions pipeline
- Support users through the initial adoption phase of AI tools
- Monitor training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of training methodologies and content
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Administration, Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in digital tool adoption and instructional design
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies
- Experience in training or facilitating professional sessions
- Knowledge of AI tools including Copilot, automation, and virtual assistants
- Strong understanding of business processes and learning methodologies
