Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for AI tools including Copilot, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio
• Adapt educational content for diverse user profiles, ranging from technical to non-technical staff
• Facilitate the understanding of practical use cases applicable to daily business operations
• Identify automation opportunities within business areas and channel them into the solution pipeline
• Support users through the initial adoption phase of AI tools
• Monitor training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of training methodologies and content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Systems, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in digital tool adoption and instructional design
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies
• Experience in training or facilitating professional sessions
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot, automation, and virtual assistants
• Strong understanding of business processes and learning methodologies
