About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations, placement, and claims departments to ensure the proper functioning of insured benefits programs
- Manage the implementation of technological tools and digital solutions
- Support new sales initiatives and business development efforts
- Act as a coach and provide support to the assigned team regarding renewals and complex cases
- Supervise adherence to corporate guidelines and compliance standards
- Develop deliverables in collaboration with local and international consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance agencies or insurance companies
- Expertise in the full business cycle of insured benefits, including quoting, implementation, and operation of major medical and corporate life insurance policies
- Fluency in Business English (indispensable)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Strong client orientation and commitment to achieving goals
