Gerente Riesgo Operacional

Responsibilities

• Prepare, integrate, and reconcile regulatory reports, including the collection and registration of loss event information.
• Respond to information requests from internal audits, regulatory authorities, and external firms.
• Support capital adequacy exercises requested by regulators.
• Develop and improve analytical tools for loss events, risks, and operational risk capital requirements to increase efficiency and mitigate errors.
• Draft and update departmental policy manuals and procedures.
• Prepare various reports for the Financial Group's governing bodies to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Recent graduate with internship or social service experience in the area.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, advanced analytical functions, and basic statistics).
• Intermediate knowledge of Visual Basic.
• Experience or strong interest in database analysis and operational risk.
• English reading skills (desirable).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or internships in insurance or operational risk management.
