Gerente Regional de Operaciones

Responsibilities

• Analyze personnel productivity and decide staffing levels based on current or projected operational volumes
• Ensure compliance with cost and expense budgets while maintaining agreed service levels
• Coordinate with support areas such as Maintenance, Purchasing, Systems, and Human Capital
• Communicate directly with clients to address requirements or issues
• Lead and motivate multifunctional operations teams, ensuring professional development
• Supervise inventory management and refrigeration systems to ensure product safety
• Oversee mobile equipment and infrastructure for safe daily operations
• Manage and prioritize maintenance expenses and service billing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi-site or multi-plant operations by zone or region
• Advanced English proficiency
• Knowledge of cold warehouse operations and logistics planning
• Experience in inventory control and supply chain management
• Familiarity with food storage regulations for perishables
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Estado de México with frequent mobility to Mexico City and other plants

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience in cold chain, food logistics, or perishables industry
