Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and monitor the team of Channel Managers, defining goals, priorities, and performance indicators.
• Ensure the achievement of goals related to the entry, development, and performance of new partners and existing strategic partners.
• Monitor KPIs including sell-in, sell-out, product mix, volume, and profitability.
• Define guidelines for prospecting, qualifying, and activating new sales channels, such as distributors and strategic partners.
• Develop national programs for incentive, training, and loyalty to strengthen the partner network.
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships at a national level.
• Implement and sustain the sales channel governance model, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with commercial policies, internal norms, and contracts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, and Commercial teams to align strategy with field execution.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Solid experience in sales channel strategy and management.
• Proven experience with governance models, expansion, and channel development.
• Experience in commercial management, specifically regarding sell-in, sell-out, and portfolio development.
• Experience in leading and developing teams.
• Knowledge of commercial planning and strategic management.
• English language skills (considered a differentiator).
• Availability for frequent onsite presence at the corporate office.
• Preference for candidates residing in São Paulo, Campinas, or the surrounding region.
