Gerente Real Estate Central Services Media

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic, operational, and technical oversight of all energy generation, distribution, and critical utility systems.
• Ensure a reliable and sustainable supply of media including electricity, compressed air, water, industrial heat, cooling, and gases.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of central energy systems to support uninterrupted production.
• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the manufacturing plant.
• Manage budgets and lead infrastructure investment projects.
• Lead, develop, and appraise the technical team.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Background in energy engineering, industrial utilities, or mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Expertise in HV/MV electrical systems and plant infrastructure.
• Technical knowledge of compressed air, cooling, heating, gas, and water systems.
• Experience or knowledge in Waste Management and circular economy principles.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in employee development.
• Analytical thinking and ability to perform compliance risk analysis.
