Responsibilities

• Identify target agent groups to apply specific strategies and ensure goal achievement
• Promote annual incentive plans, campaigns, and recognition programs to drive productivity
• Ensure agency directorates and agents have deep knowledge of current and new product value propositions
• Define and monitor sales goals for agency directorates
• Identify and target new market niches based on the productive force and product portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Titulado) in Economics, Administration, or related fields
• Expertise in strategic planning, including project management and campaign execution
• Strong skills in information analysis, probability, and statistics
• Proven experience with products and processes within the insurance sector
• Experience managing distribution channels and understanding competitive landscapes
• Background in sales, promotion, or technical areas
