Gerente Pricing Demanda

Responsibilities

• Build granular and flexible models to optimize revenue levers such as Delivery Fee, Service Fee, and Surge Pricing
• Define pricing strategies adjusted for different contexts, such as cities and zones, with execution based on daily controls
• Implement and conduct rigorous A/B testing plans to identify new revenue maximization opportunities
• Lead and direct Business Intelligence teams in developing and improving complex pricing and app user experience models
• Establish strong connections with business areas to ensure alignment between revenue initiatives and strategic objectives
• Contribute to team creation, culture, and processes to ensure the Pricing area remains strategic for the company's future

Requirements

• Advanced analytical capacity to create robust models for dynamic scenarios
• Experience leading Business Intelligence teams and improving complex models
• Ability to execute multiple A/B tests and interpret results for strategic decision-making
• Autonomy and leadership to solve challenges and bridge different departments
• Comfort working in dynamic environments with both short-term optimization and long-term strategic vision
• Ability to align strategies with technology, data, and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pricing-focused operations, preferably in dynamic and competitive environments with floating prices
• Deep knowledge of data and pricing across different SKUs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Capacity to adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges
