About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the integral operation of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, service quality, and safety.
- Represent Volvo Trucks in the region to strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Translate business strategy into concrete operational plans, integrating teams, resources, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with the approved Business Plan, managing critical performance indicators and financial results.
- Implement continuous improvement plans and process standardization to elevate operational maturity.
- Develop a culture of active care, customer service excellence, and high performance within multidisciplinary teams.
- Guarantee customer value through long-term relationships, trust, and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Requirements
- Solid leadership experience in branch management, operations, after-sales, or industrial retail (automotive, transport, or machinery).
- Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and developing talent.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions regarding financial impact and operational efficiency.
- Strong planning, organization, and execution skills to transform strategy into actionable plans.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the transport, automotive, heavy machinery, mining, or logistics sectors.
- Knowledge of truck products, after-sales services, spare parts, or maintenance solutions.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives or operational excellence programs.
- Experience managing budgets, financial indicators, and business unit profitability.
