Gerente Planeación Demanda

Responsibilities

• Define volume strategies for the portfolio in collaboration with the commercial team to ensure correct execution.
• Develop, define, and manage demand forecasts across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
• Integrate and calibrate volumes for campaigns, promotions, and product launches across various commercial channels and brands.
• Lead PIVO meetings with executive commercial and regional teams to align medium and short-term demand.
• Calibrate forecasts by considering external factors such as seasonality, temperature, market trends, and regulations.
• Develop and improve statistical forecasting models to increase demand accuracy and market service levels.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the demand planning process and implement actions to reduce deviations.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities to support timely short-term decision-making and medium/long-term investment proposals.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning, operations, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional processes.
• Advanced English level (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.
• Proficiency with planning tools such as SAP APO, Blue Yonder, JDA, Power BI, or Business Objects.
• Expertise in demand forecasting management models and statistical analysis.
