Gerente Jurídico Infraestructura

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and issue legal opinions on documentation related to the formalization and structuring of infrastructure banking credits.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and formalize credit agreements, corresponding guarantees, and payment vehicles.
• Monitor the formalization and registration of guarantees in the appropriate public registries.
• Provide legal advisory services to the infrastructure banking and business units.
• Coordinate with public notaries and external legal advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in legal advisory and documentation review.
• Expertise in infrastructure financing, including public works contracts, public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions, and bidding processes.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Law, Mercantile Law, Financial Law, Banking Law, and Administrative Law.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with the instrumentation of credit contracts, mortgages, pledges, and administration trusts.
