Gerente Jurídico de Normatividad

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze state regulatory publications that may impact the Financial Group.
• Prepare legal opinions and technical sheets to evaluate the scope and legal viability of new regulations.
• Establish efficient processes for the internal dissemination of relevant regulatory changes.
• Coordinate the evaluation and provide legal rulings on strategic projects for the Group.
• Support the Normativity area with any other assigned legal activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) with professional certification (titulado).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Specialized experience in Financial Law.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Law and Administrative Law.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
