Gerente Jurídico a Contencioso

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the reception of summons and judicial notifications, including the review and analysis of received lawsuits.
• Gather necessary elements for the adequate defense of the institution and manage litigation cases assigned to external lawyers.
• Draft professional service contracts and addendums for fee agreements related to litigation management.
• Support the branch network and administrative areas with legal inquiries involving potential legal risks.
• Monitor and control lawsuits through to conclusion, providing reports and classifying cases by risk level.

Requirements

• Degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) with professional certification (titulado).
• 3 years of experience in commercial and civil litigation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High capacity for organization and time management.
