About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the fulfillment of commercial objectives in the assigned region by executing bank strategies on the sales floor.
- Strengthen relationships with automotive distributors and key brand figures.
- Manage, train, and supervise the sales force (inplants) to ensure they operate under bank standards.
- Develop and monitor joint action plans with distributors to reach established goals.
- Monitor sales force presence in agencies and conduct joint visits with brand counterparts.
- Track performance, market share, and productivity, following up on authorized but unformalized requests.
- Present results and growth potential to automotive distributors.
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities and best practices within the assigned territory.
- Maintain commercial relationships between the distributor's management team and group owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in commercial or sales areas.
- Essential experience in the automotive industry.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present results.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 100% availability for travel.
