About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the fulfillment of commercial objectives in the assigned region by executing bank strategies at automotive dealerships.
- Manage, train, and supervise the in-plant sales force to ensure high-quality service and presence.
- Develop and implement joint action plans with distributors to reach established goals.
- Monitor performance metrics including market share, productivity, and formalization.
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with dealership management and group owners.
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present results and growth potential to automotive distributors.
- Ensure all in-plant operations align with the bank's standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in commercial or sales management roles.
- Essential experience within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present performance results.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 100% availability for travel within the assigned region.
