About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on strategies for the specialized automotive sales force, including alliances and multi-brand partnerships.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings via Microsoft Teams and plan sessions for new executives.
- Identify process deviations and provide alerts and follow-up for critical regional areas.
- Update commercial alliance directories, brand bulletins, and training materials.
- Detect areas for improvement in current processes and notify regarding operational incidents.
- Coordinate the delivery of enablers to promoters, such as training, tools, and special campaigns.
- Support low-performing executives and coordinate credit fairs.
- Ensure coverage of sales points across each territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
- Proven experience in a commercial area.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel.
