Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction for budget control and management
• Share fundamental information regarding expenses and budgets with external departments
• Coordinate with compensation and vacancy coverage teams
• Determine crucial information regarding actual vs. budgeted spending and financial projections
• Create comprehensive financial reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, extraction, and database development
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• Proven expertise in budget management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with high attention to detail
