Gerente Experiencia del Cliente

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Transformation and Customer Experience Sub-directorate to generate and execute retention strategies for mortgage and other banking products.
• Participate in the creation of continuous strategies that anticipate and address customer needs.
• Analyze business variables to identify opportunities and define lines of action for improvement.
• Contribute to transformation projects using CX and UX methodologies.
• Review processes, campaigns, and customer communications by coordinating with specialized bank areas.
• Identify emerging analytical tools and methodologies to increase process efficiency and value.
• Develop value propositions to increase profitability by deepening knowledge of customers and internal/external processes.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience within a banking or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of banking and credit products, with a preference for mortgage product experience.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary work teams.
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
