Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for XP's largest operations, influencing growth and market positioning decisions
• Diagnose commercial, operational, and strategic gaps to propose high-impact action plans
• Build trust-based relationships with partners and leadership to serve as a decision-making reference
• Translate strategic goals into concrete initiatives and monitor execution with analytical rigor
• Coordinate internal XP areas to ensure excellence in partner delivery
• Support partner expansion projects, including commercial growth and geographic expansion

Requirements

• Experience in business development, management, and expansion
• Knowledge of the financial market and investment industry
• Experience in B2B environments and strategic relationship management
• Ability to transform strategies into structured, executable action plans
• Experience in managing indicators, commercial targets, and performance analysis
• Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels, including executives and partners
• Consultative profile with strong analytical skills and business vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with investment advisory offices, banks, or financial institutions
• Experience in business development, commercial expansion, or strategic account management
• Participation in growth projects, geographic expansion, M&A, or business restructuring
• Experience in large financial institutions or investment ecosystems
