Gerente en Entrenamiento

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze store results through effective team coordination and development
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales and new customer acquisition targets
• Administer business unit resources, including material, human, and financial capital
• Control store expenses in accordance with established budgets and sales ratios
• Oversee inventory management for both general merchandise and perishable products
• Monitor and control shrinkage (merma) and maintain healthy inventory levels
• Ensure staff integrity and oversee night shift reporting
• Guarantee operational flow and compliance with operational indicators

Requirements

• Degree (Licenciatura Titulado) in Economic-Administrative fields
• 5 years of experience in resource administration (material, monetary, and temporal)
• 5 years of experience in financial statement interpretation
• 5 years of experience in administrative process management
• 5 years of experience in human resources management
• 5 years of experience in labor relations
• 5 years of experience in safety and hygiene protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong skills in budget administration and inventory control
• Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs)
