Gerente en Entrenamiento

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze store results to ensure sales achievement and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate and develop the work team to ensure operational flow and personnel integrity
• Control store expenses and manage budgets to maintain target profit margins
• Oversee inventory management for both general merchandise and perishable products
• Monitor and control shrinkage (merma) and ensure correct receiving, storage, and display
• Ensure compliance with operational indicators and safety/hygiene standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative sciences (Licenciatura en Económico Administrativa)
• 5 years of experience in resource administration (material, monetary, and temporal)
• 5 years of experience in financial statement interpretation
• 5 years of experience in administrative processes and follow-up
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources management and labor relations
• 5 years of experience in safety and hygiene protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong technical skills in budget administration and inventory control
• Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs)
