Gerente en Entrenamiento

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze store results through effective team coordination and development
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets and new customer acquisition
• Administer business unit resources, including material, human, and financial capital
• Control store expenses in accordance with established budgets and expense/sales ratios
• Oversee inventory management for both general merchandise and perishable products
• Monitor and control shrinkage (merma) and maintain healthy inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with operational indicators and safety/hygiene standards
• Guarantee the integrity and well-being of all personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura Titulado) in Economic-Administrative fields
• 5 years of experience in resource administration (material, monetary, and temporal)
• 5 years of experience in financial statement interpretation
• 5 years of experience in administrative process management
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources management
• 5 years of experience in labor relations
• 5 years of experience in safety and hygiene protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong technical skills in budget administration and inventory control
• Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs)
