Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine credit risk for investment projects within the agri-food sector based on applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Promote agricultural financing schemes and products to internal executives, clients, and prospects to increase portfolio placement.
• Provide information regarding funding management and credit guarantees operated through FIRA and Banco de México.
• Identify client financing needs to promote specialized agricultural products and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage the recovery of agricultural credits in coordination with business areas to ensure timely amortization.
• Collaborate with internal workgroups to develop and adapt financial products to meet market needs.
• Validate product pricing for deposit certificates used as credit risk coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Finance, Administration, Accounting, or Economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in the agricultural, financial, or administrative sectors.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in group or team management.
• Proven experience in developing commercial strategies.
• Strong analytical capacity and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Leadership skills and experience in personnel management.
• Availability to travel or relocate.
