Gerente Diseño Experiencia del Cliente

Responsibilities

• Create innovative, user-centered digital experiences by translating user needs and business objectives into functional solutions.
• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and micro-interactions.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Business, Banking) to manage project execution and follow-up.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the corporate design system.
• Conduct usability testing and provide continuous design review support to ensure high-quality specifications.
• Manage tasks within project work plans and participate in planning and implementation sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX/UI, Digital Product Design, or UX Research.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of design methodologies including Design Thinking, Design Sprint, and Human-Centered Design (HCD).
• Experience with Service Design, Journey Mapping, and process mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the use of UI kits and Design Systems.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Ability to travel sporadically.
