Gerente de Ventas Tiendas Propias

Responsibilities

• Direct the commercial and operational business of owned stores (ARVA and T&P) in Mexico City.
• Strengthen brand presence and ensure efficient store operations.
• Drive sustained growth in sales and profitability.
• Manage store operations, commercial development, and customer experience.
• Execute point-of-sale marketing programs, including layout, exhibition, and branding.
• Lead and develop a large team of approximately 60 people.
• Monitor and manage financial indicators, sales targets, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading store operations or commercial units.
• Proven experience managing retail teams or direct sales businesses.
• Strong knowledge of financial indicators, sales management, and profitability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Ability to supervise multiple points of sale within Mexico City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and customer service optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in point-of-sale marketing and visual merchandising.
