Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales process for weddings and social events at SLS Playa Mujeres.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for weddings and special events.
• Identify market opportunities and generate new leads through various marketing channels.
• Conduct personalized sales presentations that highlight the hotel's luxury and exclusivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with wedding agents, event planners, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate all aspects of events from initial planning to final execution.
• Supervise event logistics in collaboration with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage the wedding sales budget and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in wedding or event sales within a luxury hotel or related sector.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both oral and written).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and ability to close sales effectively.
• Proactive, results-oriented attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
