Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct sales plans to achieve monthly objectives
  • Coordinate, lead, and supervise the sales team's commercial work

Requirements

  • Age between 25 and 45 years old
  • High school diploma completed (Preparatoria terminada)
  • Proven experience in customer service (ATC)
  • Proven experience in staff management
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
