Gerente de Servicio Banca Transaccional

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales service for Transactional Banking to ensure client retention and portfolio growth.
• Oversee the transactional stability of the assigned portfolio, including accounts, electronic banking, payroll, ATMs, and collections.
• Provide advisory support to federal government clients regarding service requirements or technical incidents.
• Monitor and follow up on client requests and clarifications to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct proactive client visits to present service models, operational volumes, and identify new service needs.
• Detect and communicate recurring service issues to product areas to implement systemic solutions.
• Analyze and identify operational risks within the post-sales service process.
• Coordinate with internal operations and service teams to resolve client inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administrative sciences or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proven experience in commercial and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of client interaction and banking operations.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
