About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor branch control environments and identify process or policy deviations
- Conduct risk coverage visits across assigned territories
- Lead awareness sessions and training on fraud and security
- Perform cash audits for agents, staff, administration, and other cash-handling roles
- Investigate fraud, incidents, and accidents and document findings in the Loss Prevention portal
- Execute occupational health and safety activities in the branch
Requirements
- Risk analysis and problem-solving skills
- Organization, planning, and decision-making
- Interviewing and leadership skills
- Field risk identification and assessment
- Incident and accident investigation experience
