About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor branch control environments to identify process and policy deviations
- Conduct risk coverage visits across assigned territories
- Lead awareness and training sessions on fraud and security
- Perform cash audits for agents, staff, administration, and other cash-handling roles
- Investigate fraud, incidents, and accidents to identify key risks and losses
- Record field and branch findings in the Loss Prevention portal
- Execute occupational health and safety activities in the branch
Requirements
- Risk analysis and problem-solving skills
- Organization, planning, and decision-making ability
- Interviewing and leadership skills
- Field risk identification and assessment experience
- Incident and accident investigation follow-up
- Knowledge of the city and local territory
- Ability to understand business needs holistically
