Gerente de Room Service

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily Room Service operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Guarantee compliance with service, quality, presentation, and delivery time standards.
• Ensure adherence to luxury standards including Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and AAA.
• Develop upselling strategies and revenue generation tactics to maximize average checks.
• Coordinate effectively between kitchen, service, and operational logistics areas.
• Lead, train, and develop the Room Service team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Supervise operational indicators, productivity, costs, and departmental controls.
• Manage special requests, amenities, and personalized experiences for VIP guests.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Gastronomy, Tourism Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Room Service, In-Room Dining, or F&B within luxury hotels.
• Proven experience in All-Inclusive and European Plan operations.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Solid knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and AAA standards.
• Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
