Gerente de Relaciones Laborales

Responsibilities

• Manage labor indicator analytics and monthly reporting for Banco Mercantil del Norte and its subsidiaries.
• Handle data related to labor lawsuits, including turnover, contingencies, reserves, and monthly/annual projections.
• Monitor turnover due to regulatory non-compliance to improve effectiveness and savings in special attention management.
• Manage the EthicsPoint database, analyzing indicators by business unit, territory, and demographics.
• Oversee the application of sanctions, terminations, and the preparation of retirement agreements.
• Develop control dashboards with labor indicators to support business decision-making.
• Establish preventive actions to mitigate conflicts based on indicator behavior and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analytics and information management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in statistics, data management, and business strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex information through storytelling.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• Availability to travel and willingness to relocate if necessary.
