Gerente de Recursos Humanos (Plaza)

Responsibilities

• Execute talent attraction and development processes to support business goals
• Ensure correct management of organizational structure and compensation schemes
• Manage personnel administration, including onboarding and terminations, while mitigating legal risks
• Efficiently manage payroll processes and the department budget
• Identify training needs and ensure proper staff development and capacity building
• Monitor and analyze HR indicators and maintain budget control

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as an HR Leader or Generalist
• Proven experience in recruitment strategies, retention plans, and talent development
• Strong knowledge of labor relations and personnel administration (LFT, IMSS, Infonavit, SAT, and Conciliation and Arbitration processes)
• Experience in payroll management and budget analysis
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on effective communication and active listening

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the retail industry
