Gerente de Producto y Servicio Banca Transaccional

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end new products and processes in collaboration with technology, operations, legal, and control areas to improve the transactional banking customer experience.
• Manage and coordinate special projects focused on developing new solutions, increasing customer satisfaction, and reducing churn rates.
• Establish and monitor customer churn metrics using benchmarks and satisfaction surveys to identify loss drivers and implement action plans.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Administrative Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Transactional Banking or SME (PYME) sectors.
• Expertise in process improvement and specific products such as Payroll, Acquiring, Collections, Capturing, and Electronic Channels.
• Strong knowledge of product implementation processes and project management.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
