About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial and marketing strategy for the oncology portfolio, including biotechnologies, biosimilars, oral therapies, and chemotherapy.
- Develop and execute annual and long-term Brand Plans to maximize adoption and profitability in both institutional and private markets.
- Manage the P&L and promotional budget, including medical education, sponsorships, and congress participation.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from launch to maturity, including sales forecasting and supply chain coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, and Finance) to ensure successful New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including medical referents, societies, and patient associations, to accelerate access to therapies.
- Work with market access teams to ensure products are included in hospital formularies and basic medicine lists.
- Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities and adjust contingency plans as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management.
- Proven experience in oncology brand management, including P&L responsibility and product launches.
- Deep understanding of purchasing routes and business channels for both government and private healthcare institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes for oncology products and the inclusion of molecules in basic medicine lists.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced), including pivot tables, and experience with Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Extensive experience specifically in oncology product management.
