Responsibilities

• Guarantee the manufacturing of products across various Rotoplas lines, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Manage material, technical, and human resources to achieve optimal service levels at the lowest cost.
• Verify raw material and production supply planning based on sales needs and plant capacity.
• Coordinate semi-finished product manufacturing sectors to ensure correct workflow and plan compliance.
• Monitor production program compliance through daily reports to ensure finished goods availability.
• Implement and review strategies to achieve manufacturing objectives and contribute to company profitability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000:2008 quality standards across processes, maintenance, and warehouse.
• Establish guidelines for preventive maintenance plans for machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading manufacturing areas.
• Proven experience in labor union management and managing operational personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Specialized training in strategic planning, manufacturing processes, production control, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English.
