Gerente de Producción - Líquidos y Cremas

Responsibilities

• Lead the Value Stream operation, ensuring compliance with key metrics such as OEE, efficiency, waste reduction, plan fulfillment, and operating costs.
• Exercise visible leadership on the production floor to promote a strong culture of Safety, Quality, GMP, and disciplined adherence to standards.
• Develop and empower operational teams (FLL and supervision) through coaching, performance management, and professional growth plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by leading operational optimization projects using Lean, TPM, and structured problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, RCA, A3, 5 Why).
• Ensure operational and regulatory excellence, maintaining readiness for internal and external audits and managing deviations, CAPAs, and data integrity.
• Manage Value Stream costs and productivity by leading initiatives to reduce expenses, control consumption, and minimize waste and reworks.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Food, or related), Pharmacy, or a similar field.
• 10 years of industrial experience in Pharma, OTC, FMCG, or Food sectors.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing operational teams.
• Training in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement (Green Belt preferred).
• Knowledge of GMP, QMS, and Data Integrity.
• English proficiency at a B2 (Upper Intermediate) level.
• Availability to work onsite at the San Fernando plant.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, or Management.
