Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise production processes within the metallurgical plant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Guarantee compliance with established quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure quality standards for all metallic products through the implementation of quality controls and periodic inspections throughout the production process.
• Implement and optimize operating procedures for various stages of metallic manufacturing, including casting, cutting, welding, finishing, and assembly.
• Maximize operational efficiency and reduce production times.

Requirements

• University degree (Titulado).
• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Experience in metallurgical or metal manufacturing processes.
