- Ensure market share growth in the region
- Act as a culture guardian, promoting a collaborative and safe environment
- Manage the infrastructure and maintenance of the Commercial Hub
- Drive personal and professional development within the team
Requirements
- Completed or currently pursuing higher education
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Solid experience in people management and leadership
- Effective communication skills adapted to different audiences
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Constant interest in staying updated on the financial market
