Gerente de Planejamento Financeiro

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for the OTC category, supporting strategic decision-making and business performance.
• Lead and manage Gross-to-Net (G2N) processes in partnership with Commercial Excellence to ensure accurate accruals and adjustments.
• Coordinate financial operations with shared service centers and third-party providers, including accounting, treasury, and tax.
• Conduct financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory, and tax requirements within a global operational model.
• Supervise financial service providers to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
• Support internal and external audits and interact with regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
• Develop and lead a high-performance finance team, collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar financial roles, including proven people management experience.
• Solid expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, tax requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, specifically for building Macros.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
