About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate requirements for new acquiring products and services to determine operational viability, impacts, and budget implications.
- Plan and manage activities necessary for the development of products, services, and operational changes.
- Coordinate with third-party providers such as Visa, Mastercard, Prosa, and EGlobal to ensure successful product development.
- Negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with providers and internal areas for operational support.
- Manage the generation of inputs for certification and production testing.
- Collaborate in production testing during product releases to ensure service continuity and monitor for incidents.
- Communicate relevant daily operational events related to new product development and implementation.
Requirements
- Professional degree in an administrative field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acquiring operations and project administration.
- Proven knowledge of acquiring operations and working with Visa, Prosa, and Eglobal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
- Basic English language skills.
