About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate requirements for new acquiring products and services to determine operational viability, impacts, and budget implications.
  • Plan and manage activities necessary for the development of products, services, and operational changes.
  • Coordinate with third-party providers such as Visa, Mastercard, Prosa, and EGlobal to ensure successful integration.
  • Negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with providers and internal areas for operational support.
  • Manage the generation of inputs for certification and production testing.
  • Collaborate on production testing during product releases to ensure zero impact on customers and services.
  • Monitor and provide support to user areas during the productive monitoring stage of new implementations.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in an administrative field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in acquiring operations and project administration.
  • Proven experience with acquiring operations and platforms such as Visa, Prosa, or EGlobal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
  • Basic English language skills.
