About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate analysts with assigned portfolios to ensure proper attention and follow-up on instructions.
- Generate special reports and digital or physical documentation, including payment vouchers, account statements, and investment reports.
- Manage client requests and clarifications regarding fiduciary business portfolios.
- Ensure daily operations are applied timely to beneficiaries or third parties in accordance with contractual instructions.
- Coordinate with various Operations areas to execute instructions and activities required by fiduciary contracts.
- Attend Technical Committees both in person (traveling to different states in the Republic) and virtually.
- Manage continuous improvement projects to optimize fiduciary services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial system.
- At least 1 year of specific experience in Fiduciary services.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic to intermediate English language skills.
- Availability to travel as required.
