Gerente de Oficina Técnica

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and administer technical information and engineering files for the corporation and its plants through strict control and classification systems.
• Analyze and develop technical requests from plants and warehouses regarding modifications, improvements, and expansions.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Projects Directorate to maintain and update technical archives.
• Program engineering development and issuance activities according to priority levels.
• Control delivery timelines for all engineering documentation.
• Analyze received documentation prior to processing for information, quoting, and construction phases.
• Assign design activities to designers and plant staff in coordination with technical office managers.
• Manage technical archives by implementing strict controls between physical and electronic documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Titulado).
• 5 years of experience in leadership, head, or managerial roles.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, MEP, Inventor, Civil 3D, or Revit.
• Strong ability to interpret civil works designs.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel.
