Responsibilities

• Lead the investment product offering team.
• Analyze competition to identify gaps and opportunities across fixed income (CDB, Letras, COE, Private Credit, Public Bonds), equities, offshore, and investment funds.
• Evaluate product shelf competitiveness regarding pricing and commercial models compared to peers.
• Participate in the development of investment product distribution strategies.
• Optimize collateral control and pricing authority for specific products.
• Act as a key interlocutor with stakeholders including Asset Management, Brokerage, Treasury, and Commercial teams.
• Promote the use of data and AI to automate processes and achieve scale.
