About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation, development, and centralization of payroll software.
- Act as a strategic bridge between business areas (HR/Payroll) and technology teams (IT/ERP).
- Coordinate the migration of payroll processes and ensure data integrity.
- Configure, parameterize, and validate payroll rules within the system.
- Lead technical and functional testing phases.
- Manage relationships with software providers, external consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Senior Engineer or Developer profile.
- Proven experience leading payroll software implementation projects.
- Experience in payroll centralization or migration processes.
- Strong understanding of both technical system logic and payroll business processes.
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as SAP Payroll, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SIGO, Novasoft, Meta4, ADP, or Oracle HCM.
