Gerente de Marketing Digital

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the company's digital strategy, including social media, performance, and awareness campaigns.
• Increase brand positioning and grow digital communities across all relevant social media platforms.
• Design automated customer journey workflows to convert interest into sales for both physical and online stores.
• Monitor digital sentiment through Social Listening to manage brand reputation and automate responses to customer incidents.
• Measure digital marketing results using KPIs, prioritizing ROI and mapping customer conversion paths using Google tools.
• Prospect and manage influencer partnerships to increase campaign visibility and impact.
• Lead digital innovation projects, such as programmatic advertising.
• Manage and authorize payments related to mass media services within SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience developing digital campaigns (Google, CRM, and Social Media).
• 5 years of experience in Social Listening.
• 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation.
• 5 years of experience understanding technological and social trends within the retail industry.
• 5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and web programming languages (JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Ruby).
