Gerente de Jurídico Corporativo

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and issue legal opinions on all documentation related to the formalization and structuring of corporate banking credits.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and formalize credit contracts, corresponding guarantees, and payment vehicles.
• Monitor the formalization and registration of guarantees in the appropriate public registries.
• Provide legal advisory services to the Business area.
• Coordinate with public notaries and external legal advisors when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in legal review and advisory.
• Proven experience in the instrumentation of credit contracts, mortgages, pledges, assignments of rights, and personal guarantees.
• Experience reviewing administration trusts (fideicomisos) and payment sources.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Law, Mercantile Law, Financial Law, and Banking Law.
• Basic English proficiency.
